Guide to using the Table and form in Rebalance App

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the Table and form features in the reBalance App.

 It includes tips on searching for SKUs, managing components, sorting columns, pinning columns, copying and pasting data, auto-filling cells, syncing data with the server, and adding extra columns. If you want to effectively navigate and utilize these features in the Rebalance App, this guide is a valuable resource.



Follow these Steps

1. Once you begin your Footprint Disclosure and have navigated https://rebalance.repurpose.dev/footprinting

 

2. Click the "Search Table" field and type in the SKU name or SKU ID you wish to search.

3. Click "Search"

4. Click "Manage Components" if you wish to view all the components used by your SKUs.

5. Click the button on the top right corner of the modal to Close.

7. Click on any column headers to Sort by any order.

8. When you hover a column menu icon is visible, Click it.

9. This Menu can be used for the Following purposes.
1. Pinning Columns
2. Reseting the Column
3. Autosizing columns by size and content.
4. Hiding Columns

Assuming you want to pin your SKU Name column, hover over "Pin Column" and click on "Pin Left"

Assuming you want to pin your SKU **Name** column, hover over "Pin Column" and click on "Pin Left"

 

10. You can unpin a column by clicking "No Pin" in the same menu.

11. You can Copy data between cells and autofill cells just like you do it on your excel or google sheets. Click on the cell you want to Copy

12. To Copy Press [[cmd]] + [[c]] or [[ctrl]] + [[c]] based on your device you are using.

13. Click the cell you want to paste your data & Press [[cmd]] + [[v]] or [[ctrl]] + [[c]] to paste.

14. You can also auto-fill Cells vertically just like on Excel or Sheets. Click on the cell you want to Copy data to auto-fill from

15. Click on the square box on the bottom right corner of the highlighted cell

16. And Drag it downward

17. Click on "Force sync" if you want Forcibly sync your data with the server.

18. Regularly keep updating the data you edit to the server using the "Sync Edited Data" button.

19. If your SKUs uses more Components than the available component columns you can add more component columns and rest assure you do not have to worry about filling them.
To add an extra Component Column Click "Add Component Column"

20. A new component column will be available to you to add more components for any SKU
