How do I Update my SKU Data using the table?

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to update your SKU data for rePurpose's plastic recovery program.

It explains how to search for specific SKUs, update fields, apply edits, and sync the edited data. By following this guide, you can ensure that your SKU information is accurate and up to date.



Follow these Steps:

1. When you click 'Get started,' you will be redirected to the footprint disclosure form where you can commence disclosing your latest plastic footprint for rePurpose to review.

The initial step involves updating the SKU and component level data and is named "Review SKUs". This step displays all the SKUs your company has disclosed to rePurpose for the plastic recovery program. If your SKUs are up to date you can skip this section by selecting 'Proceed'.

2. Use the "Search Table" field to search for a specific SKU that you would like to review.

3. Double click on the field you would like to update. For instance in the image below we want to update "Quantity per SKU" for the SKU "Lav Lem Shampoo Advanced".

4. When you double-click the field, you'll notice that it becomes editable. You can then proceed to make the necessary edits. For example, in the following illustration, we updated the quantity from 2 to 5.

5. To apply the edits, simply click anywhere on the table.

6. Click "Sync Edited Data" to update all edited field.

7. Use the "Force Sync" button to forcibly update all fields once with the latest data.

8. Click "Proceed" once you are happy with your SKUs and wish to move to the next section.
